Flu campaign 2020..!

Eligible patients are now able to book for their flu vaccination. Please ring the surgery and speak to a receptionist to book.

Due to Covid19 we are running Saturday flu clinics in a different way. Please see below for guidance.

  • Please DO NOT attend if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid19 or are self-isolating.

  • On arrival you will be temperature checked and asked to hand sanitise before you enter the building.

  • Please ensure you are wearing suitable clothing, i.e.: a short sleeved t shirt so your arm is readily available for your vaccination. This is to ensure we keep everyone moving throughout the building as quickly as possible.

  • A face mask must be worn at all times unless you are medically exempt.

  • The Car park will be closed. This is due to the queuing system that will be taking place and is to ensure the safety of all pedestrians. Alternative car parking will be available on St Stephens Church Grounds, but we encourage all those that can either walk or make alternative arrangements to please do so.

  • The surgery reception will be closed for any enquiries and the toilet facilities will be shut.

  • We will be text messaging all patients with the entrance and room number which they will need to follow on the day. Please ensure you keep this information to hand. For those that cannot receive text messages the surgery will call them with this information.

  • If you require disabled access please make yourself known to a marshal on the day so we can ensure you can enter the building safely.

  • Please maintain social distancing at all times and follow instructions from the staff that will be in and around the building.

Please see map below for entrance and exit points for Saturday Flu clinics
