Patient Rights

Our Commitment to You

We try our best to provide good, efficient and friendly care. However if you are unhappy with any aspect of this, then please write into our Practice Manager; Mrs Sarah Payne.

We aim to cater for every patient regardless of age, gender, race or disability.

If you require help in accessing our services please speak to our reception team.

We have a range of literature in large format (for sight problems) and easy read (suitable for people with learning disabilities).

If you particularly want to book an appointment with a specific GP, we can certainly accommodate your request if the appointment is for a non-urgent issue.  Indeed, many of our patients do like to see the same GP for their continuity of care.

If you are unhappy about our service there are complaint forms on the reception counter, if you fill in one of these and give to a receptionist we will respond to your complaint within no longer than one week.

How You Can Help Us

Please cancel unwanted appointments and keep to your appointment time. Please treat the premises with respect and be responsible for the supervision of your children.

Read the notice boards and leaflets and ask if you are unsure about anything. Abusive and/or violent patients will be removed from the practice list.
